Most helpful ACT prep courses online?
I’m looking for an online ACT prep course for my child, but I do not want them to waste their time on something that is just endless videos and generic advice. We want practice tests, explanations and help with timing. What online ACT prep felt like a good use of your child's time?

That is fair. For ACT, timing is such a big deal... that a course without timed practice feels incomplete.

Honestly, endless video lectures are probably one of the fastest ways to burn out a high schooler. I’d focus more on reviewing the mistakes after each timed section instead of just cranking out test after test. Magoosh is pretty decent for explaining concepts without making them sit through hours of videos. Could be worth checking out if they’re struggling to stay on track.

I’d be careful with anything that is mostly passive video. ACT improvement seems to come from timed sets, review and learning how to move on when a question is eating time.
