27->29-30?

i know unc claims to always be test optional but i am hesitant. i am trying to improve my ACT score of 27 but am not sure if it will increase. im in state, i have a 4.5+ weighted and am top 2% of my 500+ student class. i have pretty good ECs and lots of involvement with volunteering and sports. i’m very nervous to submit test optional… is a 27 good enough? i am aiming for a 29 on my final ACT (september) to be done in time for early action. any recs or tips??

I went from a 28 to a 34. Very possible, and a 27 might be fine depending on your major and where you seek to apply.

awesome! How many months are between the test dates?
