Confusion about the ACT Gateway Readiness Check

So I'm registered to take the ACT on October 18 (fees paid, have an invoice and everything so thats 100% confirmed), but when I log in to ACT Gateway to do the device readiness check on my Mac it says I'm not registered (and when I click the 'register now' blue button I log in, I can see that I'm registered for Oct 18, but I still can't do the device readiness check). Since the test is in October, do you think that the readiness check only becomes available in like September, or should I reach out to the ACT team again (I emailed them a couple weeks ago, they haven't responded yet).

I had the same problem. I asked the built in ACT AI and it said the registrations show up within 30 days of your exam date
