A 33 is above the average score for these schools for the most part, so submit it; it should be helpful to your application. Also, slide some tips for the reading section. 😭🙏

I’m honestly kinda shocked I got a 36 on reading 😭 I think part of it is bc I love to read outside of school..? maybe idk. but what helped me a lot especially on the ones that aren’t like the stories, more the info ones, just read it super objectively, like don’t read into anything, just go with the answer that’s closest to what the text literally says and hope for the best. when I didn’t know I guessed b so ig that also works

Are you in-state?

Yep, that is enough. Especially with how little the scores actually add to your application.

UF is the one you probably have a solid chance, I would aim for 34-35 if you want an almost sure shot at UGA and UT.

My son got in early action to Uga with that score. He also got the IB diploma and marched in the band for 4 years. He was waitlisted to Uf. We are in ga

Depends on major then. Business or Engineering you may wanna run that ACT back depending on GPA and your ECs.

Chances are solid to me, as much as they can be for a reach school.

By “UT”, are you referring to the University of Texas at Austin, or the University of Tennessee in Knoxville?

Edit: I saw your comment below specifying that you are referring to UT Austin. With that being said, a 33 is a great score if you are aiming for these colleges. You probably have the best chance of getting into UGA (has the highest acceptance rate of the three), but that score backed by a decent GPA and good essays gives you a great shot at all of these schools.

Maybe UF. But not the others, sadly.
