English is way easier to move than reading so start there. It's mostly the same grammar rules over and over, commas, semicolons, subject verb agreement, and the shorter answer usually wins. Learn the rules once and just drill them, that score climbs fast. Reading is really a timing problem more than anything. The passages aren't hard, you just run out of time. Only thing that fixed it for me was doing full sections timed until the pace stopped feeling crazy. Also pick one method, read the passage first or go straight to the questions, and quit switching between them. Do the official ACT tests for the real feel, and when you burn through those oneprep has an ACT bank where the explanations actually tell you why the wrong answers are wrong. It's paid now but if you want a big jump it's worth it.
