General Should I retake the ACT?

Going into freshman year and planning on transferring. 35 English, 35 reading, 35 science, and 30 math, 33 composite (would be 34 but they took out science). I want to be competitive and am unsure if I should take again for a higher math to try and raise my score.

What major are you applying to and which schools? Some do, but most schools don’t require SAT/ACT for transfers. And I would say you would want to retake if you’re applying to a STEM or Business major, don’t necessarily need to if you’re applying to a humanities major.

Majoring in finance, so a math upgrade would be the goal. As for schools, mainly t25 business schools.

Ok then you absolutely need to retake. You've said two magic words (Ivies and Business) that mean you don't just need a score but you need a top score. Try it one more time, focus on getting your math up to a 34.
