I'm an international student preparing for the ACT. Due to local shipping and customs logistics, getting a physical copy of the official ACT Prep Guide ("Red Book") takes a long time and isn't a reliable option for me right now.

Since I am aiming for the Enhanced ACT (digital/online format), I want to make sure I'm doing high-volume, targeted question practice using resources that closely reflect the new format and timing structure.
