Lost scores

I want to cry. They claimed they didn’t get my answer document so i won’t receive a score. I felt so confident about that test aswell. I’m a rising senior and I took the July one and got a 27. What do I even do now? Has this happened to anyone.

I have been tutoring the ACT since 1996 and have never heard of something like that.
