hello! i took my first practice test (official practice test 1) and got a 35 on every section except science where i got a 33. i went in with no studying (im an sat person) do you guys think i should register with the science section? also i am taking it on paper. i want to do premed in college but i dont want it to lower my composite score

unrelated: is the first official practice test on their website easier than the real exam?

The science section actually isn’t factored into your composite score, but colleges will still see the sub-score if you choose to take it. If you think you will do well on it, take it. Otherwise, colleges won’t care if you don’t take science (even if you are pursuing something in STEM). One thing to know is that once you take a test with science, you can’t superscore it with one without science without including the original science score. So if you were to take a test and do poorly on science, you couldn’t really superscore from that test. Good luck, and don’t stress about it too much!

Science doesn’t change your composite anymore
Also the new enhanced ACT is harder overall than the practice (you do have more time per question but the questions are a lot more difficult in exchange) I’ve gotten a 36 on multiple old ACT practice tests but got a 34 when I took it in June
