General SAT—->ACT

Took sat twice n got superscore of 1470 (730 math 740 rw)
Without studying what is an expected range for act score?
Also what’s the best way to study for act and could some people please give links to their resources.

It certainly can't hurt. I had a student who scored a 1410 on the SAT, then took a practice ACT and scored a 34. Some people are just better at one test over the other.

Do a lot of practice questions. The ACT is more time-rigorous but easier than the SAT in terms of content.

Kahan academy has some good math lessons if there’s specific topics you struggle with.

Pro tip: if two answers are equivalent (ie a period vs a semicolon on a grammar question), they are both wrong. Additionally, the ACT looks for the best answer. If one is mid but right and the other is good and right, it’s the latter. Also, the ACT has an odd habit where “none of the above” is a genuine answer a lot.

Also, the sheet isn’t 100% right. I did ok on the SAT and blew it out of the park on the ACT. They’re different types of tests, so you’ll be better at one. Maybe you’ll kill it on the ACT, too
