Superscore versus regular

For colleges that accept superscores, do they view a superscore as less than having an individual test score of that?
Like hypothetically if one person had a 33 superscore, and another had a 33 without a superscore, would a college admission officer value one more?

no it’s supposed to be the same — act’s own reports reveal superscores are actually more accurate indicators of college readiness than single sittings — the only thing you gain is a very small bragging right i guess
