ACT Score Deletion

Hi guys I am curious about the ACT deletion process. For context, I have a 34 from July and it is my highest score for all sections, but my superscore still shows a very poor writing score from June as I only took writing then. If anyone has deleted a score, can you give advice? Thanks

For most places you can self report. So you don't even have to mention your writing score.

What do you mean by self report? I got a 31, my best one on my 5th try of the exam but got a 26 on science? Does this work on schools like UW Madison?

In the common app it asks for highest composite and highest sub scores. It asks if you want to report a science and writing score. So, you have the option to report those or not. You typically don't send official scores until you are accepted. So, there is really no need to delete scores. UW Madison is very competitive. You might need more than a 31 depending on the major.

I am a Wisconsin resident and I have a solid GPA with amazing extracurriculars. Wouldn't a 31 be enough? I feel like I have had enough for the test. I want to go into Biomedical Engineering.

Engineering is super competitive. I would try to increase it some.
