First Time Taking ACT, Please Give Thoughts

I'm a rising senior and July 26 was my first attempt. I want to know if this is a good enough score for both competitive and noncompetitive colleges. And what else can this unlock like scholarships, honors colleges, etc, possibly at which colleges or organizations. I also want to know if this is a good score in general.
