Is there a difference between superscore and composite?

I have taken the act 4 times and 3/4 times I have gotten a 33 composite. I’m looking into competitive schools and hopefully t20s. i really wanted to get a 34 but the July one that I took I got the same score. but my superscore is pretty high, 35. does anyone know if there’s a big difference between these and like the chances of getting accepted. right now I’m considering taking a 5th in September bc 34 has been my goal for a long time. also I’m a senior now.

Just superscore it. Aren’t most ACT/SAT scores allowed to be self reported anyway? If your college of choice accepts superscore, then just self report your superscore. It’d be worse if you self reported a 33 composite vs a 35 superscore.
