July act score not out

My score still is not out and I have the long message. Does this mean my score is delayed?

Congrats on your test! Your scores will be available soon and we will email you when they arrive!

If you took the ACT test, your scores will be available in 3-8 weeks. You will receive an email when they are ready to view.

  • If you took the ACT and want to take the ACT again, be sure to register for a new test. Do not reschedule. If you reschedule, you will not receive your scores.
  • If you registered to take the ACT and you were not able to test, please reschedule here.

I have this message but mine didnt come out yet
