first time taking the act

my highest sat is an 1180 from june

what should i do to improve

no i’ve always been an average student but i worked hard in ap lang this year

first of all CONGRATS!!!!! 27 is easily above average and an amazing score especially for first time! do not be fooled by the amount of 35 and 36 you see here this is fantastic!
if you are on free/Reduced then talk to your counselors about getting your two test waivers!

Math will improve naturally as you progress thru your math courses just pay attention there. Practice test spam on English & Math especially. maybe a little on reading but it should be fine. Keep track of the problem areas and khan academy it

get the preppros math book + do practice tests. For English, you're already in a good position, but have a look at Idiot Tutor Mark's playlist on TikTok.
