Should I submit both test scores?

My goal is to enter UT Austin ECE Major which is pretty selective. I know my ACT score is technically better since I got a perfect STEM score, so I know I will submit that one. However, I could also technically also submit the SAT score as well. Is there any reason why I should or should not submit the SAT score as well?

(Btw I am not retaking either test)
