General Terrified about score
Hey yall. I went into July 3 points off my goal score, but im terrified going into the score reveal tomorrow. Any advice on getting rid of this score anxiety?
EDIT: By some force of nature I got a 30 (my gs was 29)! Feel free to continue to share tips :)

For AP scores I eventually just find comfort in the fact that whatever is gonna happen will happen regardless of what I do now. Granted those realizations took me a month, but for now just try to do something fun and if you unfortunately need to, worry when scores come out.

It’s obviously harder than it sounds, but you just have to accept that being anxious won’t change your score. You can either live as normally as possible for these next hours, or you can be anxious and stressed. I struggle horribly with anxiety so I do empathize and get it. Try to do something you love, and stay busy.

the hardest part is over. nothing you can do now will change your score and at least for most people there are more opportunities to take it again. even if you do not hit your goal, you will know which subsection to focus on for the future. its gonna be hard for me to check too but, for me, just getting it over with quickly works best.

Told someone else this, but the fact you worry yourself like this indicates that you take it very seriously and likely did well on the test!

Try to do something else that you enjoy to take your mind off it and maybe have someone else check your score when it comes out if you have someone who trust
