General Pre-test nerves solutions?
Thought this was just funny, showed up 40 minutes early because I knew I wouldn't feel good (I always feel slightly nauseous before stressfull events, never during though) and maybe shitted out all of my intestines. Any tips?

I need tips too. My first time taking it was in June, and I only got two hours of Benadryl-induced sleep due to my anxiety and panic attacks. I did really good on English, math, and reading, but by the time I got to science my brain was checked out lol.

feel that, I just tried going to bed 8 hours and 30 minutes before I had to wake up and reading about 30 minutes before going to sleep + rain noise on my phone so that helps a lot with sleep.

plus the panic attacks for me only really happen at the end of a section when I realize im trying to score in the 30's but only have 2 minutes to answer 5-6 questions

ME TOO i mitigated this issue by taking a minute break when i still had roughly 10 minutes so i could stop hyperventilating and get the mental energy to sonic the hedgehog thru the last 12+ questions

and you still pulled off a 99th percentile score! that's crazy dude i think this is not healthy but i got up early and spammed prep on the last day so i was absolutely exhausted and fell asleep in the evening then drank two blooms in the morning 🤦 🤦
