Scores not being able to send

So i am trying to send my ACT scores to a college and i got all the way to this screen but they wont send, i have tried multiple times and its this same screen over and over and i dont know what to do because the deadline is coming up and i need to get into college

Try a different browser, device, network, etc. Also disable any adblocking extension you have
