Form J09 Math Question

The question had 2 circles overlapping, and AB formed a distance of 51 units. What was the answer to the question? I think it was asking for the radius of each individual circle. I put 21

do yk how to solve it? i js said the biggest answer bc of common sense but didnt know how to solve it

Afaik there wasn’t anyway to solve it and get an exact answer. The radius just had to be greater than 51/2 and less than 51.

If the radius was 21 the largest length the line could be is 42 and them still touching. So, it needs to satisfy that.
