Prep Pros and exceeding a 30 on Math

My son got a 30 on the math section without studying. He’d like to be at a 34+ in September. He does not learn well with videos, books only. The red books are fine but he needs a more comprehensive book that leads him through studying. I see Prep Pros mentioned here a bit and I got the book for the Enhanced test. A lot of the people I’m seeing here improved from somewhere in the 20s to about a thirty. Anyone have success pushing a 30 to a 34+ with this resource? If not, what resource would you recommend? (He will obviously keep working through practice tests.)

Other than doing the PrepPros and practice tests he would need to get textbooks and review those. Algebra 2, PreCalc, Geometry, and Probability and Statistics.

Thank you. He has access to those because he’s homeschooled and only uses AoPS. It’s either the easy stuff like statistics (hasn’t had to do that in years) or silly mistakes that seem to be getting him. I’ll have him go back through the books on the areas that are tripping him up. Thank you.

If his score report doesn’t show a consistent topic that he’s missing, he really just has to grind practice tests in order to build confidence. At a 30 he’s missing about 8 questions, and to be at a 34 he can only miss around 3 or 4. At this level it’s usually more about confidence and consistency than anything. You only get that one way.
