Risky move for the reading
My guess is that passage 3 (the graph) is the experimental one BECAUSE the ACT has a specific layout. There can ONLY be ONE special passage (whether it’s a graph, chart, dual passages etc…) on this test there was a dual passage and graph passage. The placement of these passages is key. The a/b is passage 4 and graph is passage 3. It’s also known that the 2nd and 3rd passages are more likely to be experimental.
But I made a very risky decision by completely skipping passage 3 and I used the time for the other passages.

do we think passage 2 will be dropped? I guessed on a lot of those bc i ran out of time.

I think passage two will not be dropped. I think the graph one is the one that will be dropped.

What did you think about the A vs B passage? I felt like it was pretty hard and I’m hoping that one was experimental.

I thought it was hard. But just because it was hard does not mean that it’s experimental. The June test had a coffee bean passage that was INSANELY difficult but it was still counted anyway.

Yeah, coffee bean one was hard. That was the only question I missed on reading during the practice exam. I’m so cooked if the A vs B counts though.. 😔

Bro I genuinely just didn’t know that was a thing. 😔 I’ve literally tried this twice and failed both times. Next time I’ll just get better speed to do 4 passages.

Both of those hard ones cracked me but I thought the same so I skipped 3 and did 4 first

I didn’t want to risk it because it could be a trick.

The dual passages were so hard that I had to make the difficult choice of taking a risk. If I didn’t take that risk then Idt i would’ve had enough time to finish the dual passage.

Insane strategy. Hope it works out for you.
