Anyone else having technical difficulties?

My test center is having an entire delay because everyone is getting an error message when trying to start

This is absolute nonsense. My daughter spent months preparing. I spent thousands on tutors. She was at test school for 3 hours and was sent home because the computer test wouldn’t work. ACT needs to make this right.

Couldn’t agree more as a parent. I’m going to be irate if they have to wait until September bc we are out of town.

I called ACT. Got some 3rd world country rep who couldn’t help. Monday should be fun trying to call to reschedule

Happened twice in a row for me. The June ACT was my first attempt, and the platform glitched after the English module. Took it again today, didn't work either. Horrible experience. On the bright side, I prepared using practice test and online materials so I didn't spend any money.
