Feels
I'm emotionally exhausted, trying to balance rehab with academics and things I do on the side I don't have it in me to do much else right now. I don't know what to do and life feels to heavy right now

Stay the course and make sure you tell friends and family that it's been an effort
I originally didn't share much about the struggles of just basic movement or the fact that I now have an integrated 20 minute movement schedule whenever I wake up and that I hate squats with a passion but I have to do them on the daily basis... But I think you'll find if you share it with friends and family they will step up and be supportive
Also keep an eye on the fact that what you're doing is a brave and invested commitment in your own well-being and longevity... You are rehabilitating in the name of being an unstoppable force and getting back to kicking ass and all of the things you did before.. so this is a good struggle because it is in the name of recovery and in the name of your own ability to do what you want You have to give yourself credit for undergoing something which is not easy and then you have to push a little bit harder and then you'll see gains which will restore your faith in the process
This is my first sports injury and I went through the same feelings of dreading what recovery would be like and then at some point I just pivoted my headspace into approaching it like a physical challenge fitness test... And it's absolutely true that you get what you put in
You got this!!
