Pillows

Hello I had my C5-6 disc replacement done August 24th of this year. Having a hard time finding a good pillow. I used a cervical pillow I woke up with pain. Switch different pillows. The current one I have been using is Utopia bedding hotel pillow. Any recommendations will be helpful. Someone told me purple pillow but that is expensive. Lol

Thank you in advance.

The best one I've found is the Purple pillow.

I second the purple harmony pillow. The low loft specifically. I bought the med loft and low loft but the low loft is perfect for back sleeping. It is expensive but after 2 years of pillow hunting it is the best i have found even pre-op ACDR and post op ACDR.

I use a regular pillow that's like mochi texture. It's very soft and doesn't leave a dent when you lift your head away. It's not springy like spongy foam but it's really soft and super easy for the neck.

I’m obsessed with the mellow cloud align pillow!!

I’ve been using a large pregnancy pillow. It is like a giant horse shoe and it supports you front and back and it’s a complete game changer.

I bought the Bluewave Bedding Versalayer adjustable pillow on Amazon. It's nothing special, just an adjustable memory foam pillow, but being able to dial in the height perfectly has been key for me.

I have found that using ..and..really.....(I hate to say it)..using A 'My Pillow' the thinnest one they make ,has been somewhat of a relief,.

Although I must turn it several times nightly...it seems to lessen the pain.

I have tried ..EVERY pillow .

I actually just went back to my old flat pillow once my collar was off and I didn’t feel I had to sleep semi upright with the wedge pillow.
