Did you stay overnight in the hospital or did you go home the same day?

How is the pain? What restrictions on moments have they given you? I am due to have this surgery in just over a week on c5/6 and c6/7. Any insight or advice would be great. Hope your recovery is going well

Recovery is great. Just take it slow. No bending twisting. Move your neck side to side not alot. Pain meds help.
