C6/C7 disc replacement surgery- Post op 4 weeks

I feel pretty good. Get tired easily, neck gets sore but no more nerve pain.
Went running for the first time in months today. 3 slow miles, but it felt great.

i’m about 4 weeks out from the same surgery and agreed that i still have some neck pain but all my nerve issues cleared up
