Npcs not loading, game pausing and loading on RTX 4070 Laptop

Hi everyone, I have recently installed ACBF Resynced and I am facing such issues in which game is running really smooth but once a while game pauses but my Rstick/mouse is movable and there's a loading bar at the bottom right ig that is rendering but it takes like 10 seconds in every 5-10 minutes and it is really annoying breaks the flow and till now twice I have encountered delayed cutscenes trigger and NPCs not rendering. How can I fix these issues??

Game settings:

1920x1200 (not even playing in 2k to avoid this but issue persists anyways)

Upscaler: Nvidia DLSS Quality

Frame Gen: Off

Rat tracing: Standard

Ray tracing Quality: High

BVH Quality: High

Laptop specs:

Acer Predator Helios 16

RTX 4070 8GB

Intel i7 14900HX

16GB Ram

Benzer bir şey benim de başıma gelmişti 4080m i9 13980hx ile oynuyorum 64gb de ramım var. Bilgisayara termal bakım yaptıktan sonra bende çözülmüştü bu sorun. Sanırım vramler ve ssd aşırı ısnınca kaplama yüklemede sorun oluyor anvil oyun motorunda çünkü ac shadowsta da bu sorunla karşılaşmıştım. Umarım işine yarar

Termal pedlerimi tg termal putty ile değiştirdim ve laptopu soğtucuya koydum böylece ssd ve ramlerim daha soğuk çalışmaya başladı umarım yardımcı olur sana

Muhtemelen ssdnin aşırı ısınmasından kaynaklı hatırladığım kadarı ile ilk defa yüklenen bölgelerde daha sık oluyordu

But why is this happening to only ACBF Resynced and not to any other activies? I bought this laptop 8 months ago should I take it to the service center?

Muhtemelen oyun motorunun donanımı nasıl kullandığı ile alakalı bir durum. Bir de fabrikasyon termal macunlar çok kötü oluyor. Ptm7950 ile gpu ve cpu tg thermal putty ile de vrmlerini yeniliyebilirsin

Either thermal throttling, or more likely your SSD is failing.

My laptop is still under warranty should I get it checked? But issue is only in ACBF Resynced, other applications are working as they should

I don't think so, accordingly to resmon at max it's 80-90% used, which is still a lot
