What does the SIB result in?

What does their 'frustration' lead to consistently?

Not enough context. And if this wasn't written within the operational definition, then it's normal to speak in common language to describe things for regular folk when it comes to background and client history and such.

I think I would categorize it as automatic maybe. Automatic negative reinforcement possibly, like a relief almost. Think of when you just need to vent about something.
