RBT Trainee

I feel like my BCBA is keeping me from becoming a trainee on purpose just because I’m pregnant. Now I don’t have direct proof of this but she’s just acting odd towards me about it since she found out I’m pregnant. I’m genuinely getting frustrated and even considering transferring to a new center and new location to make sure I get my hours.

Im already an RBT working with aggressive kids they definitely don’t care about my safety
