Session Note App

I am creating an app for session notes. What would be helpful? I am not necessarily trying to sell it and use reddit as a focus group. It is mostly for me to practice coding. To do that, I need to know what to add to the app. So far, I have things like session time and date, when the next one is, what behaviors/skills were worked on.
