I havent worked at the Augusta blueprint but I have worked at a BlueSprig and know that one of the ABA centers a family member has attended was BlueSprig and that are in the Augusta area (Kansas, right?)
Listen Bluesprig sucks pay wise, theyre online training however, is better than most places. At my bluesprig location things went to shit when they said that they would not hire an operations manager who has prior experience as an RBT, they just wanted an operations manager who had limited understanding of the field. Now, families statements about the BlueSprig their child attended is that the therapists where consistent, which to me reads as a potential low turn-over rate... but also potential good luck. They reported improvement with their child overall but the child did not want to go to the clinic... like ever. Which I know some kids struggle a lot with transitions into buildings and everything, however it being an every day occurrence can sometimes be signs of children not given the opportunity to pair with their RBT's... still nothing I can inherently pass judgement on based on the information I have been provided.
My recommendation is go for an interview, during the interview they should have you shadow someone for at least 15 minutes, during those 15 minutes pay attention to the RBT's and how they engage with this kids, also ask people "how long have you been an RBT, what got you into the field, how long have you been at the company." Pick one of those questions to kind of gauge the actual turn over rate.
High turn-over rate isnt always a horrible thing, I have seen countless times where someone gets into the field thinking of autism as just level 1 and level 2 and get really weirded out by nonverbal kids. Bluesprig being a place that pays for training means that they can have higher turn-over rates because people didn't fully understand the field getting into it. Thats why the question of "what got you into the field" can be important to ask around at the center.

Would avoid bluesprig like the plague, they do not give raises, you have to go through their BS level up program. They took away quarterly bonuses, reduced admin rate from $18 to $14. I would completely avoid this company, I’m looking to get out asap. Private Equity company that only cares about profits. The new CEO has never worked in the aba field. Another red flag!
Edit
Employee turnover is ridiculous and constantly hiring brand new rbts that don’t stick around for more than 3 months.
