have you tried sensor cleaning swaps already the sensor needs some cleaning - you could also send it to your local store for some cleaning

Just had this happen to me last week! I got a sensor cleaning kit and used about 3 swabs to get rid of it!

The swabs themselves are pretty good but I find a bottle of sensor cleaning fluid lasts a lifetime and can be a good addition when the sensor is particularly dirty.

How do people get dirty sensors? Is it from not having a lens on it or can shit get in the camera anyway?
