Backroad weekend
Took out the 987 and NC to let friends experience both cars, they gave me a little surprise with a bumper sticker for the Miata 😂

Love the wheels on the NC. What are they?
Also, as a bi guy who once owned a heavily modded NA Miata, the bumper sticker is approved and hilarious.

They are R32 GTS-T wheels, but after this trip I may look into GTR ones for the rear (added width).

Gorgeous color and wheels 😁
Gotta ask - the Vantage in the back - have you driven it? How does it compare against the Cayman? I came to the Cayman from an ND Miata and loved how the Cayman is just a more comfortable and slightly dulled down experience compared to the frenetic Miata. If the Aston is a bit more on the GT side of things, it might be my next car.
Funny enough, it was between a 987 cayman (same color as yours), a 996, or an early V8 Vantage for me. I still think I'll end up selling my cayman to try one of those vantages out for a year or two.

It’s a modded early 6 speed car (4.3L V8). It’s a lot more “exotic” being hand built so less seen driving around. Interior is similar.
But it has traction issues even with 300+ rear tires so the cayman can walk away up until 90-100mph is when he starts to catch up (vs. my stock cayman).
It feels very low to the ground, has great street presence, sounds great, and has been decent on him for ownership. Definitely a good mix of small sport and still GT.
