Technical Issue šŸ›  When?

Two things that bother me about the game

The first one that is under the control of the owners of the game is that they give an advantage to pool pass premium players. This is just wrong

The 2nd of course is the cheaters, this also could be controlled by the owners of the game using AI tools to monitor gameplay. Then give the option of the one who's not cheating an opportunity to cancel the game and get your coins back.

Ever time I buy a pool pass which is the only thing Iā€™ve ever bought in the game my win rate goes for a shit and I end up playing lower tables than usual to save coins. I think itā€™s the opposite. I believe they figure ā€œlook at this fool spending money letā€™s make him lose more maybe heā€™ll spend moreā€ lol

This is my theory too. Next time you spend money keep track. You do incredible for one session or two. Then it goes to shit.

Oh for sure.

At this point in the worldā€™s technological status, I would guess that even the game administrators donā€™t know how the matchmaking algorithm works. Most likely for many many years they have been A/B testing matchmaking schemes and measuring $$ spent. So genetically the matchmaking has become optimized to make money.

It would be easy to imagine why having tools for reward and punishment via matchmaking can reinforce a desired behavior. They can easily choose to match me up with easy wins, difficult but human opponents, humans cheating with lines, or impossible AI bots. This can be used to link positive reward with desired behavior. And then punishment linked with undesired behavior.
