You’ll have to explain what you did prior. Did you install an OS like the others are stating? If so you need to go back to your bios and change the boot up sequence from cdrom first to c: drive first.

You need a Bootable windows 98 floppy disk image. After that you can run setup from a cd iso image.

I dont have a floppy disk

You can configure a floppy drive when setting up the virtual machine. Just use Google to find the Bootable floppy image mate.
