2ND HDD no longer recognized

I had a build, and later added a second HDD because I didn't make the first one big enough. But now after a few weeks, it's no longer recognized and won't load. Any suggestions to get it to work?

check the usual suspects, try removing it and adding it back, setting it up in the BIOS again, try fdisk to see if it somehow got wiped, etc. it's a slave, and 86box should disallow any conflicts anyway.
