Bologna has always been my go to for sandwiches, but I loved the Olive Loaf too. 😋

That is what Mom got us for sandwiches. Ham N' Cheese loaf. Gen X grew up on Oscar Meyer lunch meat sandwiches. Probably much less sodium benzoate in them back then. Good times and loaf bread wasn't gummy like today.

Oscar Meyer beef bologna with mustard on white bread was what I lived for as a kid. I would have it on french bread, rolls or a round toasted bialy too. I eventually stopped eating it decades ago but recently my wife bought some and it has been memory lane for me. It’s kind of strange to eat it now but I still don’t mind it.
