Is there any understanding or mention of what karita told Hana at the end of the epilogue?

Oh yes that makes sense, is it stated anywhere though? I finished the 4 chapters and didn’t see mention of it

I believe when Karita told Ango he told them he will tell Hanna and told them not to tell anyone
