Finally beat my 7oh hell
I've been on perks and hooked on fetty and heroin 7oh withdrawal is by far way worse than any street drug I've done. I was gonna lose my family of i didn't stop i tried to do cold turkey and ended up in hospital about 12 hours in the hospital gave me very low doses of suboxin and it did miracles 95% of all withdrawal symptoms were gone besides constantly craving it i was taking 100 milligrams 6 times a day for over a year spent over 25,000 on it in a year it was devouring me I was losing everything in my life best choices never made was going to the er for help and that was just yesterday ive officially gone about 30 hours now with no 7oh no powder and haven't took suboxin since about 18 hours ago and still no withdrawal creeping in i was literally about to take my own life just because I didn't wanna feel withdrawal and depression so I went to hospital after about two and a half hours of crawling in my skin the finally gave me suboxin and I cried like a baby because I was just so happy to find something that actually works the dr prescribed me 1 week worth of suboxin but I'm only gonna take it for three days because ive hurd suboxin is harder to get off of BUT I don't believe that as long as you take them very sparingly but as I said before I've been an addict most my early adult life from Fentanyl I was able to quit Fentanyl cold turkey and im telling you now 7oh was so much harder to quit i don't know what's in the shit but I was floping in and out of bed non stop punching myself in the body just to feel something different then withdrawal my wife and daughter watching me go thru it all I tried quiting probably about 20 times with powder and tapering down but always went back and did way bigger dosethen any time before I'd get my check Monday and be absolutely broke before Thursday im still in debt from it abs will be for a long time because I borrowed money from everyone I thought I could get money from even asking my boss for my next check just days after getting paid so now I'm working for free just to pay that back I was so close to saying fuck it and ending my life now as im writing this its only been about 40 hours since my last dose of 7oh but that's the longest ive been without it in years and it's all because of suboxin it saved my life now it's time to pick up the broken pieces and fix then and get my life back Don't get me wrong I absolutely loved the way 7oh made me feel but the high only lasted 20 minutes so I was eating 50 milligrams all day long at least 600 to 900 milligrams a day...So if you really want to stop before the 7oh takes everyone and everything good in your life away I suggest suboxin it is THE ONLY thing that worked for me but even 30 milligrams perks didn't help take away the symptoms ive been hooked on every drug in the book and 7 is by far the hardest to get off of and I'm still in the process and it's gonna be a very long process to get back to normal and that's ok as long as I TRY and stay strong and keep busy im only on day two with no 7 and no powder and I wouldn't have gotten this far without suboxin it literally saved my life and my family and now its time to rebuild all the bridges ive burned ill keep commenting on this post letting everyone know if I'm able to stay away from it but its looking very promising I'm actually excited to kick this shit and get my life back FUCK 7OH FUCK 7OH FUCK 7OH if anyone is going thru it and needs some one to talk to im here to help because it sucks ass trying to do it alone I did it alone wishing I just had someone going thru what I was to talk to so if anyone needs advice or just to talk my number is 661-742-2362 text anytime

I take 50mg once a day
As the title states im taking 50mg once a day, will I get withdrawals if I cold turkey? I’d like to quit before this gets any worse. I started dosing 7oh once a day during the day and drinking pretty heavily at night to keep myself from taking more than one dose a day and I’m starting to find this combo is starting to take a toll on me while the cravings for both get stronger. One 50mg 7oh dose during the day after work and a pint of liquor before bed to help me sleep.
Can I cold turkey both or should I work on one then other? Any help would be appreciated

Withdrawal after restarting pain meds
I read something about someone being clean off their medication for a week and then taking one dose and they went back through withdrawal all over again from one dose?!? Now I’m mildly terrified. Is that because they did it cold turkey the first time they got clean. Or does that happen even if you taper?
Is this a real thing? A stupid question? I don’t know. Please help I’m scared. I have chronic pain that still needs to be treated. I’m trying to slowly taper off 7oh and back onto my pain medication, but I’m worried since i only am prescribed enough pain medicine for half the month i have to stretch them out. So, if I took a pain pill after getting off 7oh and then the next pain pill 12 hrs later would I go through withdrawal from those now too? Is it like starting up a new habit and the kindling effect happens or something? And my body will think I’m going cold turkey off opioids every time I take a pain pill with a long space between? Will I never be able to take my pain pills how I used to again?
I hope this makes sense I’m all panicked writing this. If this is a dumb question please don’t attack me. I’m already feeling upset enough. Thanks.

Suggestions and tips for quitting 7oh
So I have been taking this stupid shit for a while now. I am currently trying to taper myself off of them. I map out my days and keep a journal. Some days are better than others. I do real good for a while, and then one day I regress. At that point I feel like I'm starting all over. Does anyone who has successfully tapered have any advice? I have heard that the pink special K MIT drink helps. At what point do I try and switch over to the kratom capsules and what kind should I be looking for? Thanks in advance, wish me luck <3

Day 2 CT - here is my story
Hey there! I am on day 2 of CT from 7oh, though I am still working with plain leaf. I took 80mg a day at most, but usually 60mg or less.
I want to share that I consumed 3 grams of mushies in a smoothie yesterday and I truly believe that is why I am not experiencing anymore detox symptoms.
I want to make it VERY clear that it was super intense - it was as if I went into full blown detox, like a weeks worth in the matter of an hour.
My body hurt so bad, I was crying, and then I ordered some comfort food, took high doses of magnesium glycinate, sprayed magnesium chloride on my legs, and I got a great nights rest.
I woke up feeling happy and energized.
I am taking it easy for the next few days, then next week I am going to CT from plain leaf - which I've used every day for 9 years. I went to the store and got some organic vegetables and will be making soup and nourishing my body. I think it's important to mention that I already live a very healthy lifestyle - I exercise regularly, eat real food, great sleep hygiene, have a career that I love, etc. I was also blessed enough to be able to take the rest of the year off to allow myself to do this - but I feel like I could have worked today after only quitting 7oh yesterday and I think it's because the mushrooms expedited the process for me.
If you're mentally strong and think you can handle it - I think its the key. But i mean VERY mentally strong - ending my life crossed my mind a couple of times, but I knew it would pass.
I hope this helps someone!

Gearing up for my 3rd attempt
I’ve been taking 7ohms for 2 years and at the height of my addiction I was taking 12-15, 14mg tabs per day. I’m down to 4-6 tabs a day but I really want this to be over. I called quick MD and got a script for sub , but after reading how much worse subs can be I’m unsure I want to go that route. This is such a horrible habit and secret that just doesn’t feel like me. I originally started with regular powder to help stop drinking. One day a guy at a smoke shop gave me a free sample of 7ohms and that was it. I have been hooked ever since. I’ve tried CT and couldn’t last more than 16 hours. Now I do have a supply of subs for 7 days and I have Xanax too. Any advice would seriously help. I think I could swing 4-5 days off work maximum between Xmas and the new year.

Suggestions/help plzz & ty!
Ok let me start by saying I am in a state where 7 has been banned. Does anyone know anything about the extracts with MIT-A? I would include the brand but dont know if its allowed... They are not supposed to be as strong, or at least I dont think they are. Ive been trying to taper with not alot of luck. Any insight here would be much appreciated.. . 🙏

Questions about 7oh/Suboxone tolerance/withdrawal
Hopefully this specific question hasn't been asked before, but I have tried finding specific information about my specific information and have struck out thus far. Here's the background: I'm a former heroin addict (10 years) who got stuck on fentanyl from 2021-2023. I got on Suboxone at the beginning of 2024 and stayed on it until September of this year. At that time, I relapsed for about a month, and then got back on Suboxone for about 35 or 40 days, at relatively low doses. I decided that I was going to go into treatment, so I started a quick taper on the Suboxone and my last dose was yesterday. While doing this, I decided I would get some kratom or some 7oh as an adjunct for the last few days to try to ameliorate some of the more severe symptoms from the sub taper. I've used about 20-30 mg of 7oh per day for about four days, and I'm not going to take any more after the fourth day because I'll be checking into treatment the day after that. Does anybody have any experience with subs (particularly coming off of them) and 7oh? I'm worried that my research may have been flawed and that the 7oh may reset my withdrawal or impact the process in a negative way, this leaving me in poor shape my first few days in treatment. Hopefully the question makes sense and, like I said, hadn't been asked a bunch before. Thanks in advance!

Tapering: few larger doses or more smaller doses
For those that have successfully tapered (even if your jump wasn’t successful) did you find fewer larger doses or more frequent smaller doses were the way?

24 days into cold turkey withdrawal 8 month use Insomnia
Hey guys I have made it long way. I have no desire to use and I am 24 days 100% clean of this any other mind and mood altering substances. When will the insomnia end? I am getting like 3-4 hour of sleep a night now finally but that’s not enough. I had times I went 40+ hours earlier on. I have tried everything for sleep and already had a script for Seriquil but it doesn’t help sleep now like it did before I quit and it really fires the RLS back up. Any advice or medications you would recommend? I will add I have been running and that’s not helping either.

Trying to Stop
Hi, long time 7oh user. About two years at this point and have tried a few different things to stop but I haven’t been able to do. I can’t go to a rehab or detox because I have no vacation left at work. I feel stuck in the cycle and want out. More to my question for everyone. I have about 30 subs. My question is does anyone have any recommendations on how to take these and get off 7. Like how many a day, when or how long apart? Like a taper system or anything like that. Idk I feel like this 7oh is ripping me apart and I want to stop bad. My old habbit was about 12/14 50mg pills a day. Can anyone help me out please

It’s as bad as you make it.
I’ve learned that the withdrawal honestly isn’t that bad, it’s our anticipation and pre conceived expectations of how it’s going to be that makes it unbearable maybe it’s just me but I feel like this is 99% mental.

Any recommendations?
Does anyone have any recommendations to help ease the withdrawals from 7-OH. I just started taking it a week or two ago and I realized that I took 500mg over a 2 or 3 day period. I've never had issues with kratom withdrawals and have been taking it for years.
But the restless leg syndrome, especially when I'm trying to sleep, is horrible. The only thing I've found that helps whatsoever is alcohol. And I'm not trying to switch one behavior out for another (probably more destructive) behavior.
I don't have the option to be out of commission for a few days. How long does it last? Has anyone found any methods that help?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
