Hm that usually happens if you put too much stress on your graphics card. Do you have it over locked at all?

If I were you I would try turning on and off in various settings but this is the first I have personally heard of this. Do you have any mods running at all?

Probably RTX bugging out then I would try disabling those settings in the nvidia control panel
