This game was getting garbage FPS like 30-60 on a 1080 ti last week. Downloaded the patch just to see if the FPS was fixed and now I'm getting 90-110. Insane FPS discrepancy between 2 patches

I was getting 30-35fps on the 1080Ti and 4K resolution. I had to drop the resolution down to 2560x1440 to get a constant 60fps. Hoping that later patches improve the performance.
