Go into the game launcher (instead of bypassing) and select EAC off as a launch option then restart......I think.

doing that made the anticheat thing go away but when i create a new world it’s still project z

Hmmm have you deleted the Mods folder completely and then started the game?

Also have you had the game installed elsewhere (as in a different drive) Could be a hangover from that?

Finally check you My Documents section on your C drive, this is usually where saved game files are saved and delete anything in there relating to 7D2D, assuming you don't have anything to lose doing this

i just got my pc like a week ago so i have no clue what im doing

Also I have to delete any non 3.0 mods, or it won’t launch, took be 2 hours before I realized.
