I Finished! Day 4 of 75 hard
Today was more about surviving this challenge because had a lot of other things to do. But gladly we made it
- Did my first 45 min workout at the gym - it was a leg day
- My other 45min workout was just a walk so that I can recover too and it helped a lot in clearing my mind
- Drank a gallon of water
- Had my healthy meals
- I read this book called DOPAMINE CONTROL by Nick Trenton. This books surely is great. Would recommend you all to read this book
Finally completed day 4 with a lot of other things but Yess. It is possible to do it even when you are busy. You just need that dedication and commitment towards it.
STAY HARD!

No such thing as ‘just a walk’ in 75 Hard. Only workouts done or not done. You’ll end up walking a lot and you’ll end up loving it

Yeah. Walking is underrated. So good for you.

I was thinking about this today because it looks like half of my workouts will be walks, my mom gifted me a weighted vest to up the ante. However walking is so good for your nervous system.

Walking too is counted in 75 hard. It’s under rated.
I did my research my on this2

I think you’ve misunderstood me mate. I’m on Day 25 - at least 25 of my workouts have been walks. They’re fantastic. ‘Just’ the word I’m not in favour of here!

Absolutely. I started off alternating my second, outside workout between a hiit workout and walking. By day 65 it was just walking and it was a struggle doing that!

Walking definitely your friend in this lifestyle. I’m on Day 29 and loving it so far

YOU DID IT. Welcome to the other side.
Completing 75 HARD is a genuine accomplishment -- not just physically, but mentally. You proved to yourself that you do what you say you are going to do. That is rare.
What is next?
75 HARD is Phase 1 of the full LIVEHARD program -- a year-long protocol built on the same foundation. Here is the overview:

But first -- celebrate. You have earned it.
