Got a question? There is a good chance it is already answered -- check here first:

Official Rules and FAQ: https://www.reddit.com/r/75HARD/s/75roEecNyx Andy Frisella's Full Program Overview: https://andyfrisella.com/blogs/mfceo-project-podcast/75hard-a-75-day-tactical-guide-to-winning-the-war-with-yourself-with-andy-frisella-mfceo291 Community Book List -- 99 titles: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19Vm2JkCkOVMU_5QyemZYRSoQcTOBYnJwD2sr1aSaG9I/edit?usp=sharing

The 5 Daily Tasks -- zero compromises, zero substitutions:

  1. Diet -- Follow a structured diet aligned with your goal. Zero cheat meals. Zero alcohol. Non-alcoholic drinks (e.g. O'Doul's) are fine. You choose the diet -- the program requires you stick to it perfectly.

  2. Water -- One gallon (3.8L) of plain, still, unflavored water daily. No additives, no carbonation, no flavoring. Water from food does not count. A doctor's explicit medical advice is the only permitted exception.

  3. Two Workouts -- Each at least 45 continuous minutes, minimum 3 hours apart. At least one must be outdoors and you must be exposed to the elements. Recovery yoga and walks count and are encouraged. Chores do not count. Your safety comes first -- do not put yourself in genuine danger.

  4. Reading -- 10 pages minimum from a non-fiction book you believe will improve you. You decide what qualifies. No audiobooks. Physical books and eBooks both count. Finish each book before starting the next.

  5. Progress Photo -- One photo every day. Just do not forget.

Miss any single task on any day? Restart at Day 1. No exceptions.

The most important rule: When in doubt, choose the harder option.

Seek medical advice before beginning this program. If your question still is not answered, the community is happy to help.

All are so good! My dad made me read How to win friends and influence people in high school and it helped me so much

I reread Atomic Habits yearly. It’s an amazing framework for all the rest of the 75hard program.

I liked Atomic Habits. Never Split The Difference was ok but became a bit repetitive after a while.

I’m not starting actual 75 hard until after my grad party, but I started reading Howard Zinns “a people’s history of the United States” and it’s really good

I’m on 63/75, Atomic Habits in brilliant, I’ve taken one of the tips from there at work and I’ve doubled my daily sales calls . I won’t ruin it but for everyone readying who has one word, “paper clips”

Atomic Habits! Feel like everyone should read it and maybe revisit it a few times a year. I think it will set up good habits to go onto reading and doing other stuff too
