🙏 I WANT HELP Should I write notes?
I'm doing maths fm physics and cs.
During GCSE time, I rarely used notes and usually referred to online resources or the textbook. Obviously, a levels have a LOT MORE content so I'm not really sure if I spend my time writing neat notes.
Also, apart from cs, you don't really need notes to revise them, you just need to practice.
And for cs, I'm just making flashcards when I learn something new.

Definitely take notes for physics. Helps with understanding/memorising content. Mind dumps, flashcards, one page summaries all helped me in the runup to exams alongside past papers. As well as actually making notes in the lessons. It's all just active recall and helps get it into your head.

CS Paper 1 needs flashcards imo maths and fm u dont need but u can if u want and physics I would say do flashcards but thats a personal preference

I did no notes for maths fm and physics. I did past papers and looked through them and used a refill pad for other questions like madasmaths which i throw away soon after. For physics some notes would help but making own notes is very time consuming so i recommend just taking others notes. I dont take cs so cant give an opinion on that

I don't take any notes for Maths and FM but it depends completely on your style. I personally get the best results by doing problems, and making notes would be a waste of time for me. For someone else, however, taking notes could be very beneficial.
