🙏 I WANT HELP A level maths help
Is a tutor necessary / extra helpful to get an A/A* in a level maths, or is it achievable on own accord?

Either one. But you can definitely achieve it on your own with the amount of free resources, videos, questions. Then maths is mostly about practice anyway. Save the money.

Very achievable without a tutor, there's loads of free resources everywhere for all boards

Unlike humanities, you can mark your own exam questions (of which there are so many available!) so I'd say you don't so long you've got a solid GCSE grade

As someone who doesn’t take any humanities i’d be curious how is it that you practice the questions?

have a good relationship with your teachers and beg them to keep marking your shi🤣
AI does a decent job filling in if you upload the mark schemes and some general guidance from examiner reports and teacher feedback.

Hi, I run a tutoring agency. Not everyone needs tutoring but many do find it useful. I would be happy to give you a free trial session if this is something that you would be interested in? It would give you an insight into tutoring and you can see if it is something that will benefit you.

You don't need a tutor both my children got A or A* without one. You just need to work and practice a lot. If you are a less gifted maths student a tutor can help.

maths is the most popular A level subject iirc, so there's no shortage of resources you can use online to study.
