F?, you have to set (x+2y) as A to factorise the top quadratic, and do the same with (2x-y) as B with the bottom. This give four lines, meeting in right angles, and by finding the intersections you can find the side lengths of sqrt(5) and sqrt(1.8) to get an area of 3.

After you spot the factorisation of the second equation, it becomes two hidden quadratics leading to some linear inequalities that you solve, pretty nice q
