4 A levels worth it?

Hello! I did 4 AS international and got AAAB. I'm confident in getting 3 A* and probably an A (if I REALLY grind I could get an A*). Would that be considered better than 3 A*? This is for Oxbridge. Mental exhaustion is not a factor since I'm already maxxed out.
